Momentum Journeys Inc. (“MJI”) offers a variety of retail travel services to you, our valued customers, including transportation, hotel accommodations, sightseeing and other services (collectively, the “Services”).
 
Separate and independent travel companies and operators provide the Services.
 
MJI is not a part of, does not operate or otherwise control the performance of the Services or the independent travel companies and operators that provide them.
 
MJI is acting only as agent for you and all parties you are booking for in arranging for and acquiring the Services.  

MJI is acting as your agent on the express condition that MJI shall not be responsible to you or any of the parties you are booking on behalf of for any damage, loss, expense, cost, accident, injury, death, delay, defect, omission or irregularity which may occur or be occasioned by or in connection with the Services, whether based upon or resulting from any act, omission, negligence, strict liability, default or willful, wanton, or intentional misconduct of any independent travel companies, operators or person engaged in or responsible for carrying out any of the Services.

Momentum Journeys Inc. conditions and cancellation policy is as follows:

Momentum Journeys very strongly recommends that you purchase travel insurance which will cover trip cancellation.

All sales are non-refundable and non-changeable. However, in the event of a change or cancellation, we will do our best to deal with suppliers to make the change or cancellation at minimum cost to you, subject to our £100 per person handling fee.

In some locations we pay our suppliers in local currency. In the event of a fall in the value of the Canadian dollar of more than 4% against this local currency, between time of deposit payment and final balance invoicing, we reserve the right to make an adjustment to final balance amounts if necessary.

Limitation of Liability & Travel Disruptions Momentum Journeys Inc. shall not be held liable for any additional expenses, losses, or costs incurred resulting from travel disruptions, including but not limited to weather conditions, mechanical failures, or other Force Majeure events. While primary responsibility for such disruptions rests with the service provider or insurer, Momentum Journeys Inc. is committed to assisting our clients. We will provide all necessary supporting documentation to facilitate reimbursement claims with airlines or insurance providers.
